About this course
This is a qualification for people who are already doing the job. Most of our students are team leaders, supervisors or owner-operators who have learned management by doing it and now need the credential, the language and the gaps filled in. Assessment is built around your own workplace wherever possible: you write the strategic plan, the risk register and the change proposal for a real organisation rather than a case study. If you are not currently working, we place you with a partner organisation for the workplace tasks.
